A celebration of text, visuals, and how they come together to create something unique, Word Art was born from a writing critique group whose members also happen to be visual artists. Equal parts experimental and rooted in the tradition of literary magazines, Word Art exists at the intersection of art, technology, words and paper.

Lauren Cassiano is doing a little bit of this and a little bit of that. She currently resides in Brooklyn, New York, works as a children’s art instructor, freelance designer, and a baker (this is 25). She loves to cook delicious meals and dance around her room.
